What the ... heck happened?! Lean to the left ... but not to the right!!

I made a change to my background which made a change to the format of my pics, etc. Can't seem to figure out what happened and how to fix it. I need some help! If you tell me what to do I might be able to figure it out. I will most likely need Amy or Val or whoever is willing (and has time?!) to come and show me. I really am a visual learner and besides some of the terminology is not within my league of understanding or if you tell me what and how to do it please use words I understand!! Thanks, Lori
